L'artista americano Daniel Edwards ha creato quest'opera intitolata "The Presidential Bust of Hillary Rodham Clinton: The First Woman President of the United States". Il busto, realizzato in resina, è ragguardevole soprattutto per la prosperosa consistenza attribuita alle mammelle della senatrice H. Clinton, un po' dissonante con il viso attempato.
